Engineering Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15–20 engineers across multiple squads, including Tech Leads and Senior Engineers
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
• Have the hard conversations: give direct, constructive feedback and hold people accountable to high standards
• Foster a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
• Recruit and onboard engineering talent as the team scales, raising the bar with each hire
• Champion engineering wellbeing and sustainable pace, intervening early when teams are at risk
• Own engineering delivery across the Demand domain-ensuring work is planned, tracked, and shipped on time and to a high standard
• Deeply involved in delivery mechanics, not just high-level steering
• Drive delivery predictability through disciplined sprint execution, clear capacity planning, and proactive risk management
• Establish engineering metrics (DORA or equivalent) that give leadership and squads clear visibility into delivery health.
• Establish clear reporting cadences so that delivery progress, blockers, and risks are visible to leadership at all times
• Drive a quality-first engineering culture
• Own incident response with clear SLAs and ensure post-mortems drive real improvement
• Reduce bug volume and improve resolution times through systematic root cause analysis
• Champion observability, monitoring, and alerting across all Demand systems
• Balance feature work with technical health
• Work in lockstep with the Head of Product (UK) & Head of Engineering (Supply) to align on product and engineering priorities such as delivery trade-offs and platform consistency
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure engineering initiatives deliver business outcomes
• Present engineering progress, metrics, and risks to senior leadership clearly and regularly
• Champion the adoption of AI assisted development tools (Claude Code, agentic coding workflows) across your engineering teams - set expectations, remove blockers, and measure impact
• Help shape the cultural shift: encourage experimentation, reduce fear of new workflows, and ensure the team sees AI tooling as an enabler rather than a threat

• Specific to the UK, we are expanding our footprint within the Strategic Real Estate sector — working with property management companies, portfolio managers and asset managers to deliver our growing suite of technology solutions.
• Where historically we have been predominantly a Reservations business (pre-bookable parking), we can now support our partners across a much broader range of their operational needs including On-Demand (cashless payments), Reservations and Business Insights.
• Reporting into the Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will have specific responsibility for establishing and growing our presence within the Strategic Real Estate sector — targeting property management companies, portfolio managers and asset managers.
• They will take full ownership of their sales pipeline, from prospecting and relationship-building through to close, playing a critical role in helping the Commercial Team achieve our overall growth targets.

Business Development Manager – Strategic Real Estate

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary Account Manager for assigned clients
• Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and maintain strong relationships
• Address customer questions, issues, and product requests while coordinating internally for solutions
• Own the contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, upsells and expansions
• Manage renewal timelines and ensure contracts are executed on schedule
• Create and manage quotes and contract documentation in Salesforce and related tools
• Partner with Customer Success to support overall customer retention for assigned accounts
• Achieve revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Identify expansion opportunities that increase overall customer value
• Develop account plans and partner with Customer Success Managers on long-term client strategy
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in Salesforce
• Daily use and management of Software ex. Salesforce and other related software
• Manage invoice related items with internal teams
• Manage discovery calls, new client launches, troubleshooting, discussing additional products and services
• Proactive follow up with clients with data-driven summaries to ensure they feel supported every step of the way
• Set tasks and reminders to follow up on previous communications to customers when trying to move certain processes along
• Data input through Salesforce and pipeline management

Technical Product Manager

• - Own the integrations product strategy and roadmap
• - Define the long term platform vision for APIs, webhooks and partner tooling
• - Prioritize work based on business value, scalability, and technical risk
• - Translate business requirements into clear API contracts and technical specifications
• - Define data models, versioning strategy, authentication patterns, and integration standards
• - Partner closely with engineering on architecture decisions and tradeoffs
• - Ensure integrations meet performance, security, and reliability standards
• - Establish SLAs and monitor system health
• - Drive product development from discovery through launch
• - Write detailed product requirements and technical documentation
• - Run backlog grooming and support Scrum ceremonies
• - Manage cross team dependencies across engineering, commercial, partnerships, and operations
• - Ensure clean rollout plans, migration strategies, and deprecation policies
• - Work with external partners to define integration requirements
• - Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients
• - Improve developer onboarding, documentation, and sandbox environments
• - Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to improve usability and reliability

• - Track API adoption, latency, uptime, error rates, and partner activation
