• **What you’ll do**
• - Lead and own the end-to-end design process across multiple high-impact product areas, including native mobile and responsive web applications
• - Define the design vision and contribute to strategic roadmap planning with Product and Engineering leadership
• - Champion user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions across product teams
• - Facilitate cross-functional ideation and design alignment workshops with stakeholders
• - Actively mentor and coach other designers, elevating team capabilities and design maturity
• - Present and advocate for design solutions and strategy at the executive level
• - Partner with Engineering to ensure implementation fidelity and with Marketing to bring the brand promise to life across the customer journey, from high-performing landing pages to in-product experiences

Lead Product Designer – B2C

Customer Success Manager

• Lead the planning, build, QA, and deployment of B2C and B2B campaigns across email, app push, and in-app channels
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams to align CRM activity with key campaigns and product moments
• Own and maintain the central CRM campaign calendar, ensuring campaign sequencing and coordination across channels and seasonal themes
• Shape creative briefs for design and copy teams, review assets, and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Ensure templates and content follow brand, accessibility, and engagement best practices
• Act as the CRM channel expert in cross-functional planning, providing strategic input and executional guidance
• Design, test, and optimise automated customer journeys including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation flows
• Build and iterate lifecycle communications using behavioural data and performance insights

Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

Marketing

• Campaign Ownership & Management: Ownership of the end-to-end execution of B2B and B2C Integrated Marketing campaigns in Partnership with the Marketing leadership team.
• Sponsorship Activations: Brief in US and UK sponsorship briefs to the creative design team and work with the respective clients on the implementation of the assets ensuring tracking and reporting are in place.
• Campaign Process Build: Build a framework that supports campaign launches across multiple channels and geographies.
• Marketing Calendar Management: Build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar that captures all campaign activities, product launches, and key milestones.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with channel owners to ensure campaign deliverables are clear, deadlines are met, and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Marketing Enablement: Work in partnership with commercial stakeholders to ensure campaign assets and messaging are delivered timely to internal teams.
• Project Management: Lead on project scoping, resource planning and allocation and status reporting across multiple campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing analytics team to develop KPIs for integrated campaigns and track performance.
• Campaign Retrospectives: Be the driver of our learning muscle by coordinating retrospectives, collating learnings and feedback, and proposing process improvements.
• Agency Coordination: For larger campaigns you may be tasked with partnering with an agency to deliver upon these campaigns.

Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing

Operations

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Onboard clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth and engaging start to their JustPark journey
• Migrate clients efficiently to new platforms, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their JustPark journey
• Provide clients with training, education, and ongoing updates on tools and performance to ensure clients maximise value from the platform
• Support clients in managing pricing and inventory effectively to drive utilisation and satisfaction
• Work with clients to resolve driver-related issues and resolve operational challenges related to the on-site offering
• Monitor client health, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them
• Manage client escalations effectively, working cross-functionally to achieve timely resolution
• Implement and continuously improve operational processes across the client portfolio to ensure high-quality output and efficiency
• As part of our wider Operations team you may own key operational areas, such as: Coordination of Client Signage, Management of Penalty Charge Notice (PNC) enquiries - collaborating with enforcement providers, Management of Access & Barrier Control - working with internal and external partners to ensure consistent reliability
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance client outcomes, and improve internal collaboration
• Project manage large-scale client change initiatives, ensuring plans are executed on time and to a high standard
• Communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Partner closely with Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences

• Provide customer support in the form of answering and documenting calls, sending emails, etc
• Troubleshoot JustPark’s software and hardware in real time, using diverse techniques
• Follow proper protocols when triaging and escalating issues to other team members as necessary
• Identify patterns in frequently occurring issues and provide customer feedback
• Work closely with other members of the CX team to ensure the success of all customers

• Work in a global team and report to the Senior Director of Product Implementation
• Focus on implementation work in North America and manage a small team of implementation specialists for the region
• Accountable for end-to-end planning and execution for client onboarding across product range
• Work with and manage delivery by teams across the business, channel partners and integration partners
• Directly engage with clients, configure products, deliver training and solve problems
• KPIs focused on speed, efficiency, repeatability, scalability of and client satisfaction with product implementation
• Lead multiple concurrent client implementations from sales handoff through to product configuration, launch, post-implementation review and transition to BAU
• Partner with commercial teams to shape implementation scope during pre-sales process
• Allocate implementation workload across the team
• Develop implementation plans by tailoring playbooks to unique needs
