• **About the role**
• We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven Account Executive to join our US sales team, based in Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who's hungry to learn, build relationships, and make an impact. You'll be given real responsibility from day one — managing your own pipeline, running discovery calls, and closing deals — with the support and coaching of an experienced team around you.

Associate Account Executive

Operations

• - Own end-to-end operational performance across the UK B2B, B2G, and leased site client portfolio, acting as an escalation point for complex or high-value client issues.
• - Independently manage senior client and partner relationships, representing JustPark's operational capability with credibility and confidence.
• - Lead the delivery of High Tier (T0 & T1) client onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing operational support. Accountable for quality, speed, and client satisfaction outcomes.
• - Own and drive SLA performance across the team, identifying trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• - Host and lead Commercial Team Office Hours; act as the primary operational interface between the Commercial and Operations functions, representing the team in cross functional meetings.
• - Own the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures across all UK operational workflows.
• - Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks and drive efficiency, with a focus on leveraging AI tooling, from onboarding flows and tariff change management to QA and remittance processes.
• - Actively contribute to the build and iteration of internal tooling, working both in parallel to and in conjunction with our Product and Engineering teams to specify, test, and roll out operational tools that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• - Ensure all process documentation is current, accessible, and embedded across the team.
• - Own and project manage strategic operational initiatives from scoping through to delivery, including large-scale migrations, bulk onboarding programmes, and system integrations.
• - Define and track project KPIs, reporting progress and outcomes to the Head of Commercial Operations and wider leadership.
• - Proactively challenge existing ways of working, bringing forward data-led recommendations to improve operational performance, reduce time to onboard, and increase client satisfaction.
• - Lead on the implementation and ongoing management of seasonal and event-based tariff strategies across the B2G and B2B portfolio.
• - Serve as the team's deepest systems expert, confident troubleshooting platform issues at pace, without needing to defer for product questions.
• - Educate and upskill clients and internal colleagues on how to get the best from JustPark's products and operational processes.
• - Know when and how to escalate complex technical issues to Engineering or Product, providing well-structured briefs that accelerate resolution.
• - Surface client and partner product feedback through the correct channels, acting as a credible voice of operations in product discussions.
• - Provide operational direction, coaching, and constructive feedback to Associate team members, supporting their development and day-to-day performance.
• - Delegate effectively, calibrating task allocation to team capacity and capability.
• - Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Account Management, Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product, and Engineering, independently driving alignment where needed.
• - Where required, keep in regular contact with clients, local authorities, access control partners and key enforcement partners to manage performance, resolve issues, and maintain our relationship.

Technical Client Operations Manager

• - Support the creation of marketing materials including social media, presentations, and promotional assets
• - Assist in developing and executing design concepts in line with brand guidelines

• - Perform as self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing his/her business
• - Secure and lead face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision makers including “C-Level” executives within our target marketplace
• - Deliver compelling customer presentations and proposals that expertly articulate JustPark’s Value Proposition and how it supports the prospect’s strategic objectives

• Build and own the dashboards and reporting frameworks that give channel marketing leads a clear, always-current view of campaign performance across paid, owned and CRM channels.
• Own the creation and management of marketing audiences in Hightouch, translating customer data into precise, dynamic segments that power multi-channel campaigns at scale.
• Partner with the Director, Growth & Performance Marketing to build and execute a dedicated testing roadmap, designing experiments that generate actionable learnings across content, audience, timing and channel.
• Maintain clean, reliable data pipelines between our analytics stack, data warehouse and activation platforms, ensuring audiences and metrics are consistently defined and compliant.
• Work directly and closely with channel marketing leads to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear, accessible dashboards built in Tableau.
• Define and maintain JustPark’s core channel marketing KPIs, ensuring consistency across teams and alignment with company-level acquisition, retention and CLTV targets.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance summaries to the Director, Performance Marketing and wider marketing leadership team.
• Own paid media budget tracking, enabling accurate ROAS, CAC and cost-per-engagement reporting across all paid channels.
• Partner with BI and Engineering teams to ensure tracking is robust, marketing tools are correctly instrumented, and data pipelines support accurate measurement.
• Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable audience segments including; lifecycle stage, behavioral, product-based, lookalike and suppression lists, enabling fast, reliable campaign activation.
• Establish documentation and governance for audience definitions to ensure consistency, compliance (GDPR) and discoverability across teams.
• Partner with the Data team to maintain clean, reliable data flows between the data warehouse, Hightouch and downstream activation platforms, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Collaborate with CRM and paid media leads to align audience frameworks across channels, reducing duplication and ensuring a coherent customer experience across touchpoints.
• Design A/B and multivariate tests across content, audience, timing and channel variables — writing clear test briefs, defining success metrics and ensuring tests are set up for clean, interpretable readouts.
• Build reporting and analysis frameworks that translate test results into clear, actionable recommendations for channel leads and leadership.
• Track and document experiment outcomes, maintaining a learnings library that informs future campaign strategy and channel investment decisions.
• Support incrementality testing and interpretation of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs to inform channel mix decisions.
• Act as the primary analytics partner for channel marketing leads, translating data into insight and supporting their decision-making with timely, accurate analysis.
• Work closely with Finance to support budget management, forecasting and scenario planning based on changes in marketing spend and seasonality.
