Chief Operating Officer

• Serve as a strategic advisor and force multiplier for the COO, providing data-driven insights and orchestrating executive engagements to maximize effectiveness.
• Ensure the successful execution of the COO's vision across Go-To-Market, Fund Administration, and GPX functions by creating operational leverage and aligning cross-functional teams on priorities and OKRs.
• Spearhead critical, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., SMURF project) from conception to completion by aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and enforcing project governance.

IT Support

• Monitor and triage IT support queues and provide timely responses adhering to service-level agreements
• Troubleshoot Mac and Windows hardware, operating systems and software, and mobile devices; escalate as necessary

• Document procedures, develop end-user instructions, and maintain an IT FAQ and knowledge base

• Partner with Account Executives to target sales opportunities in fund administration for both new and existing clients.
• Manage and address all technical inquiries from potential clients.
• Determine client requirements and ensure alignment with Juniper Square’s capabilities, particularly for complex or specialized fund structures.
• Establish trust with prospective clients by demonstrating and in-depth understanding of their business needs.
• Assess the needs of potential clients and collaborate with the Industry Principal and Head of Fund Administration to tailor and price services.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their concerns and demonstrate how Juniper Square’s solutions can meet their needs.
• Develop relationships with Fund Administration team leaders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

• Design and execute the company’s OKR process, including prioritizing initiatives, managing and influencing executive stakeholders, company communication, ensuring alignment across the company, and driving accountability to outcomes
• Manage the company’s operating rhythm, leading the structured cadence of key processes, meetings, activities and offsites that help the organization run smoothly and achieve its goals
