Chief Operating Officer

• Serve as a strategic advisor and force multiplier for the COO, providing data-driven insights and orchestrating executive engagements to maximize effectiveness.
• Ensure the successful execution of the COO's vision across Go-To-Market, Fund Administration, and GPX functions by creating operational leverage and aligning cross-functional teams on priorities and OKRs.
• Spearhead critical, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., SMURF project) from conception to completion by aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and enforcing project governance.
• Partner with the COO to manage the operating rhythm of her organization, facilitating leadership meetings, tracking OKRs, and managing internal communications.
• Own and execute high-priority special projects, tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering clear, data-backed recommendations to leadership.
