Take on mission-critical Strategy & Operations roles in Partnerships, Launch, and Supply Chain at Juniper, a crowdfunding and merchandise platform for independent creators.
Work directly with senior leaders and gain exposure across teams to manage high-stakes projects and scale the business.
Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners through quarterly and roster reviews; support discovery calls, pitch Juniper’s services, scope opportunities; lead early-stage product ideation and go-to-market planning; ensure seamless handoff to Launch Operations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Partnerships.
Launch: Own execution of creator product launches from kickoff to post-launch; serve as main point of contact for mid-sized clients; refine Juniper’s launch playbook to drive faster, smoother, and bigger outcomes. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Launch Operations.
Supply Chain: Oversee Shopify back end setup; coordinate with China teams to ensure on-time shipping; track inventory across Juniper stores and 3rd party platforms; build dashboards for real-time visibility into fulfillment, shipping, and inventory. Reporting to the Director of Product.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Product Design, Launch teams, Product Development, China operations, marketing, and ops to deliver launches and maintain inventory flow.
Deliverables include partner relationships, successful product launches, smooth fulfillment, proactive communications, and dashboards that provide operational pulse at a glance.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (e.g., partnerships, supply chain, or product launches).
Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects in fast-moving environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external partners.
Analytical and data-driven; able to build dashboards, track KPIs, and act on insights.
Business-savvy, curious, and eager to learn how all parts of the business connect.
Ability to manage high-stakes projects and work directly with senior leaders.
