About the role

  • Define strategic direction and product roadmaps for financial products aligned with company strategy
  • Lead the vision for financial experience within the platform (bank transfer, invoice payment, credit usage) and ensure cohesive end-to-end workflows
  • Unpack the Swedish banking ecosystem and liaise with regulators, Swedish banks and payment third parties to unlock new payment rails and partnerships
  • Conduct customer research through interviews, surveys and data analysis to understand ICP needs and market trends
  • Work closely with engineering, design, commercial and finance teams to ensure effective product development and launch
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritise features and oversee timely, high-quality delivery of banking products
  • Develop market positioning and pricing strategies and ensure commercial teams are trained on product features and value propositions
  • Act as the voice of the customer and a bridge between engineering and the business; set product culture and vision

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product manager experience
  • Familiarity with fintech and financial services (preferably from Sweden)
  • Good understanding of Swedish and global payment ecosystem
  • Understanding of payment rails
  • Familiarity with financial and spend management products (preferably from Sweden) (preferred)
  • 5+ years of overall experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Bankgiro, Rix-inst, SWIFT or other payment rails (preferred)
  • Engineering or computer science degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Slack, G-suite, Notion, BI tools
