Payment Operations Officer

Analyst

• Join the expanding Treasury team as a dedicated and thorough Treasury Analyst reporting to the Head of Treasury
• Be responsible for all internal and external reporting relating to Treasury
• Forecast Juni’s liquidity and funding position
• Monitor Juni’s financial risks
• Drive quantitative analysis and innovation within the group
• Drive process improvements and analysis within the group
• Use tooling including Slack, G-suite and Excel
• Collaborate with treasury and broader finance teams

Treasury Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and develop the Accounting and Financial Control team, including both junior and senior accountants.
• Impact the structure and the workflow of the accounting organisation since this is a new function.
• Build, strengthen and oversee internal control frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting, including IFRS-conversion (with external consultants) and reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority.
• Drive change management initiatives to align accounting and finance processes with bank standards.
• Serve as an executive partner to CFO, management and the board - providing insights and financial leadership.
• Overall responsible for statutory reporting (such as annual report), the key contact for external audits, oversees external reporting, tax compliance (including transfer pricing) and consolidation processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation where possible.
• Collaborate closely with CFO, Head of FP&A, Head of Treasury but also Credit Team, Risk, Compliance, and other key stakeholders.
