About the role
- Lead, build, mentor, and develop world-class sourcing and procurement teams; create succession plans and foster an inclusive culture
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies; coach team leads on performance and career development
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with Canadian market dynamics; partner with Divisional Presidents and Managing Directors to set strategic priorities
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management; implement best practices and drive innovation across the platform
- Serve as subject matter expert for renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities; lead client presentations and strategic sourcing discussions
- Partner with Americas Sourcing Solutions Development and Category Management teams; drive "no-bid" renewal strategies through proactive client partnership
- Own sourcing compliance and performance management across portfolio; identify risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation strategies
- Develop analytical frameworks for measuring sourcing effectiveness and savings; ensure adherence to JLL and client policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of sourcing and procurement leadership experience
- Proven track record in the Canadian facilities and construction industry
- Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in matrix organizations
