About the role
- Leverage data and insights to develop executable strategies and implement them to improve client real estate performance
- Oversee the workflow of consulting projects and partner with project teams
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted advisor for clients
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and drive measurable outcomes for clients
- Proactively address tactical client issues and anticipate future needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to future of work and workplace dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles
- Real Estate, Project Execution or Consulting experience
- Change Management / Transformation experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with PowerBI preferred
- Financial/Analytical Skills
- Statistics / Research experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences
- Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Well-developed verbal, communication, and presentation Skills
- Highly Organized
