• Plan and launch B2C campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing communications (push, email, in-app) based on the campaign calendar and business priorities, working closely with the Brand and B2B teams.
• Own a piece of our homepage merchandising: Help design and optimize in-app merchandising assets (XL Banner, Animated Banner, Merchant Slider) so the best deals reach the right users at the right time.
• Contribute to our content factory: Work with the Brand team and AI tools to produce and scale high-quality, on-brand content across channels, from ideation to production.
• Help drive our biggest commercial moments: Support flagship campaigns such as Black Friday/Black November and seasonal sales, from concept to execution across all touchpoints.

Customer Success Manager

• Guide new users to their first Joko “wow” moment: The first days shape everything that follows. You’ll design the onboarding journey: messaging, timing, and triggers so every new user feels understood and reaches activation quickly. At our scale, getting those first touches right compounds into millions of engaged users.
• Turn engaged users into power users, and power users into advocates: You’ll build retention and referral programs that deepen usage among our best users, drive word of mouth, and lift long-term retention.
• Maximize LTV across the full lifecycle: You’ll design cross-channel journeys that deliver the right benefit to the right user at the right moment. You’ll partner closely with Data to turn behavioral signals into segmentation and triggers, and with Product to keep lifecycle nudges tightly aligned with the in-app experience.
• Raise the bar on experimentation: You’ll run a continuous A/B testing program (hypotheses, tests, learnings, iterations) to improve existing flows and challenge our current lifecycle map. Every decision should be grounded in evidence, not intuition.
• Take CRM to the next level with AI: You’ll use AI to automate the operational grind (segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting) and unlock what we couldn’t run manually: sharper personalization, faster experimentation cycles, and richer lifecycle logic. You’ll decide where AI genuinely moves the needle (and where it doesn’t), then ship production solutions.
• Drive growth across the company: You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand so CRM compounds alongside everything else we’re building.

CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Recruitment

• Build and own the TA team: The most important thing you will do, especially early on, is hire the recruiters who will hire everyone else. We have a clear direction — 5 TAMs by end of year, with 2 ideally already in place before you join, plus a Talent Marketing hire to raise the quality of our inbound. You will make the case for what else the function needs over time, from sourcing specialization onward, and recruit, coach, and grow the team around you.
• Define how Joko recruits: Inbound, outbound, RPO management, agency relationships, tooling (Ashby), and process are all yours. You will set the standards, not just execute against them — including upskilling hiring managers so the bar is applied consistently across every panel.
• Recruit senior and critical roles yourself: You will stay close to the hardest hires. You know when to delegate and when to own the desk.
• Build a global AI strategy for recruiting: You will define and roll out Joko's AI strategy for TA: which parts of the funnel to automate, which tools to deploy, how to keep human judgment where it matters most, and how to turn AI into a real competitive advantage in how we source, screen, and close. You will own this end to end.
• Drive an international employer brand: You will partner with Marketing on execution and make the internal case for the resources it takes to build an employer brand strategy that reflects who we actually are, starting in France, scaling very soon to Spain, and preparing for the US and other markets.

Head of Talent Acquisition

Account Manager

• Grow portfolio of e-commerce partners in France and build strong relationships.

• Team leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers.
• Business strategy: Develop strategies to align the Online Business with company objectives and oversee a diverse portfolio of 3,000+ online partners.
• Commercial: Negotiate competitive deals and special offers with brand partners. Leverage Joko's features such as BNPL and coupons to create new business opportunities.

Full-stack Engineer

• Translate product visions or operational needs into robust software architectures and implement them across the stack to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Dive into challenging technical problems, often involving new and undefined areas, using innovative approaches to develop practical solutions.
• Take projects from development to deployment, collaborating with Product and Data teams to monitor their impact.
• Set technical direction, own architecture decisions on complex systems, mentor engineers across the team, and drive the hardest technical discussions to a resolution.

• Own the full lifecycle of features from discovery to launch, including writing specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams, testing, and monitoring success post-launch.
