About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow portfolio of e-commerce partners in France and build strong relationships.
- Report to the Head of Online Business.
- Manage own portfolio of brands, working closely with Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech teams.
- Sustain growth and help brands expand business through Joko.
- Negotiate commercial deals and special offers with brand partners.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performances with Marketing and Data teams.
- Leverage banking and browsing data analysis to tailor offerings.
- Create strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring benefit from top features.
- Help Joko expand internationally by leveraging French partnerships to launch offers in the US.
- Work with Product and BizOps teams to improve processes and build solid foundations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred experience: 2-5y experience in Commercial roles, Consulting or Startups.
- Education: graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Languages: fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: passion for starting from scratch, embracing challenges, ambitious, and effective problem-solver.
- Independence: capable of autonomous project management from inception to completion, setting and exceeding high standards, ensuring project success.
- Business sense: ability to quickly grasp people's needs, surpass goals, close deals.
- Analytical skills: love analyzing data and making informed decisions.
- Energy: thrive on connecting with new people, active listening, crafting solutions to tackle challenges.
- Efficiency: fond of productivity tools, able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.
- Mindset: entrepreneurial mindset, likes challenges, welcomes feedback, loves constantly learning and getting better.
