About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the development and continuous improvement of Joko AI
- Own the architecture of our agentic system
- Design and run robust evaluation frameworks
- Expand the set of tools and capabilities for Joko AI
- Tackle challenges of data ingestion at scale
- Leverage data to understand user preferences and enhance personalization
- Prototype and iterate on new challenges and features
- Stay on top of the latest models and frameworks
- Fine-tune models for quality and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to define UX and implement improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Track record of building production AI systems
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents)
- Deeply familiar with LLM observability tools (LangFuse or equivalents)
- Experience with LLM APIs and evaluation tooling for AI systems
- Full-stack spirit
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
