About the role
- Responsible for the development of new indications and the expansion of technologies into new geographies
- Accountable for developing end-to-end schedules and breaking them down into actionable quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Drive risk management and mitigation requiring contingency planning, conflict resolution, and tradeoff assessments
- Build strong relationships with peers, cross-functional and global partners
- Communicate difficult decisions, strategies, and priorities while maintaining a culture of collaboration and end-to-end accountability
- Create a positive team environment and a culture with a sense of urgency
Requirements
- BS is required
- A degree in engineering or related technical discipline is highly preferred
- Prior program management experience of 6+ years is required, 8+ is preferred
- Experience with BSI, PMDA, TUV, and other global regulatory bodies preferred
- Required experience in a regulated environment
- Medical device experience is preferred
- Experience managing schedules with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet is required
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira capabilities is preferred
- Proven track record of taking initiative with demonstrated ability to manage a complex program in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively to align diverse stakeholders, lead teams, and influence decision making without direct reporting authority
