• Under general supervision of the project owner, oversees the entire construction effort to ensure timely completion within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.

• Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive compliance oversight program aligned to the client’s standards, regulatory obligations, audit requirements, and internal policies.

• Without direct supervision, and using established standards & procedures, the fire alarm designer will be responsible for creating accurate & complete fire alarm system designs and submittal packages to meet the intent of the project requirements.
• Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, fire install/sales/management team and subcontractors.
• Organize and plan own workload, help to direct workload of less experienced design team members, and additionally work with other design teams when required.
