A manufacturing company based in Ota, Ogun State is seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources department.
Communicate with potential job candidates during recruitment processes.
Contact candidate references and verify educational qualifications.
Manage and maintain accurate HR records, including résumés, applicant logs, and employee documentation.
Prepare and issue employment contracts; ensure proper completion and documentation.
Distribute onboarding and enrollment documents to new hires.
Conduct employee orientations and onboarding sessions.
Clearly explain employee benefits and company policies.
Respond to HR-related queries from staff in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
Assist with preparing and distributing training materials and HR-related resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources role.
Proficient with HR databases, email systems, and general office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
In-depth understanding of Nigerian employment laws and HR best practices.
High level of empathy, integrity, and attention to detail.
