Accounting Manager

• Gestionar la contabilidad diaria, incluyendo la supervisión de facturas emitidas y recibidas, asientos de nómina y deuda
• Desarrollar y documentar procesos financieros y administrativos para optimizar la gestión interna
• Trabajar en colaboración con nuestros asesores externos en materia laboral y fiscal
• Gestionar la tesorería operativa, asegurando dimensionamiento de saldos, emisión de remesas, controles de cobro y aprobaciones de gasto, entre otros

• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of features that address customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with senior engineers to refine requirements and scope technical solutions.
• Write, review, and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

• Respond to inquiries that encompass the entire Jobber ecosystem from new and existing customers through live chat, phone, or email.
• Troubleshoot issues or problem solve questions that customers may have about a feature, bug, or work flow.
• Maintain high channel productivity across our different mediums.
• Be a liaison for customer feedback to product and technical teams.
• Build a knowledge base of FAQ’s and document all feedback and recommendations from our customers, ensuring the integrity of that data to help shape future decisions.
