Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management requirements and provide expert advice on API Healthcare system configuration and optimization.
Provide client support and perform implementation, upgrades, and customization of API Healthcare solutions to meet client needs, including system integration and data migration.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure successful implementation and operation of API Healthcare solutions.
Train end-users on API Healthcare system functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, sales, and business consultants, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and best practices related to API Healthcare solutions and workforce management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with API Healthcare solutions, including system configuration and customization.
Strong knowledge of workforce management processes and best practices.
Experience with system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including client support services.
API Healthcare certification is preferred.
Experience with other WFM, HCM and/or ERP systems such as UKG and Infor is a plus.
