About the role

  • Engage with our Audience: execute strategies on community channels (Reddit, Trustpilot, etc.), monitor app reviews and feedback, respond to comments, identify trends, and flag insights for product and engineering teams
  • Drive Organic Growth: contribute to SEO and AEO strategies, including experimenting with new AI-assisted workflows
  • Handle Public Relations: day-to-day PR operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets; monitor news cycles, update media lists, track coverage, and build relationships with journalists
  • Build media and content strategy from the ground up; take on a wide range of projects from strategic media outreach to content strategy and community engagement
  • Collaborate with Organic Growth team and cross-functional teams; learn and grow at intersection of AI, SEO, and media

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or a related field
  • Resourceful & Proactive: fast, curious, and resourceful; bring solutions
  • Agile: thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Determined: persistent and resilient; adapt approach after setbacks
  • Bonus: experience in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada (application asks)
  • Must be able to work regular PST hours for the first 3-6 months (application asks)
  • Willingness to relocate to listed states/Province or already living in them (application asks)
