Requirements
8+ years of product/UX design experience, including growth or PLG-focused work
A user-first mindset with a focus on sustainable growth driven by real value, not just short-term wins
Experience leading cross-functional projects and shaping product direction
Familiarity with experimentation tools, growth metrics, and behavioral design
Ability to navigate ambiguity, think strategically, and move from insight to action quickly
Strong communicator and collaborator in fast-moving teams
Expert-level understanding of UX patterns and the strategic judgment to apply or adapt them to meet business and user needs
Portfolio that shows how your work has driven adoption, retention, or expansion through great UX
Nice to Haves: Experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted workflows; Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field; Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS, Storybook, AI-assisted prototyping tools, or Jira; Experience at a venture-based startup or growth-stage company; Experience working in or around restaurants or hospitality (with a love of great food)
