  • Head of Marketplace Automation & Growth to help scale our core insurance business; report directly to VP of Insurance Operations; own systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance to drive loss ratio, retention, and conversion
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create seamless user experience and ensure carrier success
  • Jerry.ai builds a super app for car ownership — insurance, buy/sell, registration, loans, safety, repairs, parking; launched loan refinancing, driving insights, repair marketplace, car diagnostics, GenAI-powered chatbot & voicebot
  • Company milestones: profitable in early 2024; 5M customers; $240M funding; 60X revenue growth; team of 225 across 6 countries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc)
  • 7+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, and Boston Consulting Group preferred)
  • Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
  • You have a structured framework for problem-solving and live by first principles
  • You are comfortable communicating with audiences varying from technical stakeholders, business partners, to the company’s C-suite
  • You set a very high bar for yourself and for your team, and you are constantly pushing that bar higher in the pursuit of excellence
