About the role
- Review and input employee master data into ADP and Deltek Costpoint, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as local, state and federal regulations
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Address basic payroll-related inquiries from employees and escalate complex issues as needed
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hire payroll data is entered correctly
- Work with ADP and an ERP system to manage payroll data and generate reports as needed
- Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication
- Ensure payroll processes align with company policies and government regulations
- Assist with preparing and distributing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of ADP payroll systems
- Deltek Costpoint a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements
