Review and input employee master data into ADP and Deltek Costpoint, ensuring compliance with company policy as well as local, state and federal regulations
Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Address basic payroll-related inquiries from employees and escalate complex issues as needed
Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hire payroll data is entered correctly
Work with ADP and an ERP system to manage payroll data and generate reports as needed
Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication
Ensure payroll processes align with company policies and government regulations
Assist with preparing and distributing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
Other duties as requested
Requirements
Basic knowledge of ADP payroll systems
Deltek Costpoint a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Basic understanding of payroll principles and compliance requirements
