Requirements
- Experience administering tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Notion, and GitHub, Mosyle, or similar platforms.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting a Mac-centric MDM
- Comfort supporting end users and troubleshooting issues across multiple systems and priorities.
- Strong interest in Apple devices and macOS environments, with hands-on experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of decisions, and follow work through to completion.
- Clear communication skills and a genuine desire to help others while continuously improving your craft.
