About the role

  • Jacuzzi Group is a leading global manufacturer specializing in hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment.
  • Lead Jacuzzi Group’s global infrastructure operations including networks, servers, cloud services, and identity management.
  • Oversee and lead a team located across multiple regions.
  • Drive modernization efforts including cloud adoption and Zero Trust.
  • Oversee incident, change, and problem management to ensure high availability.
  • Partner with Security to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure essential services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess their technology needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Ensure effective backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of infrastructure management (networks, servers, cloud, identity).
  • 5+ years people leadership experience in technical teams.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID.
  • Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN) and server platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and hybrid cloud models.
  • Experience with Zero Trust architectures.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation expertise.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, CISSP, CCNP, etc.) a plus.
