About the role

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to internal users, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade LAN/WAN/WLAN and network systems, including Azure and Oracle Cloud integrations.
  • Administer network devices and firewalls to maintain performance and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, identifying root causes and trends.
  • Document network configurations, procedures (MOPs), and technical resolutions.
  • Create and maintain training materials and technical documentation.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members on technical standards and problem-solving.
  • Prioritize and respond to support requests, ensuring timely assistance.
  • Complete assignments as a member of a project team and lead small to medium-sized projects.
  • Communicate status, issues and resolutions to business clients, supervision, and project managers.
  • Follow established IT standard work procedure documentation and best practices.
  • Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.
  • Provide off-hours, on-call support for Oracle EBS as needed.

Requirements

  • A 4-year degree in Information Systems / Computer Science / related field or equivalent experience supporting an enterprise computer network.
  • Cisco CCNA Certificate
  • Cisco CCNP Certificate (Preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco environments
  • Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading LAN/WAN/WLAN and network systems
  • Experience with Azure and Oracle Cloud integrations
  • Administer network devices and firewalls to maintain performance and security
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, identifying root causes and trends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to support requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to complete assignments as a member of a project team and lead small to medium-sized projects
  • Provide off-hours, on-call support for Oracle EBS as needed
