Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls by traveling between restaurant locations
Perform repairs and replacements on IT equipment, including Point of Sale systems, credit card devices, routers, cameras, computers, drive-thru equipment, IP phones
Install new cables (ethernet, video wire, etc.) and terminate them properly
Take responsibility for after-hour emergency calls on designated on-call days
Assist in new projects at existing stores and participate in new store builds when necessary
Escalate issues to IT vendors when applicable and follow up, documenting root cause
Complete weekly expense reports
Maintain the work vehicle in good condition
Control inventory and perform monthly audits
Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends and night shifts
Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant IT service or a related industry is preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (depending on skills and industry experience)
High School Diploma or GED
Good driving record and must pass a DMV check
Ability to thrive in a high-paced team environment
Physical ability to bend, twist, walk, reach, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work on concrete or tile floors for extended periods
Comfortable working in small spaces, including crawling under counters and in tight areas
Proficient in climbing ladders and working at heights
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Effective communication skills, both electronically and verbally, with internal and external customers
Ability to follow directions and work within established systems
Maintains good personal hygiene
High energy level and self-motivation
Ability to handle high levels of stress effectively
Strong decision-making skills
Adherence to safety procedures when working at heights or on roofs (up to 24 feet)
Proficient in operating and maintaining power tools and equipment
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, even in challenging weather conditions
Punctuality is essential
Must be flexible to work weekends and be on-call for night shifts
Full-time availability (minimum 40 hours per week)
