About the role

  • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships
  • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services
  • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset
  • Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance
  • Complete a 100% remote training program (approximately 4–5 months) and work the scheduled remote shifts (Mon–Fri 12:15pm–9:00pm, Saturdays 10:15am–7:00pm, one weekday off per week)

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred)
  • Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
  • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time
  • Flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must reside within 80 miles of 5700 Brecksville Road, Independence, OH 44131
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions
  • Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.)
  • Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment
  • Minimum 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting
  • Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions
  • Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments
