• Beratung unserer Kunden bei fachlichen, prozessualen und technischen Fragestellungen rund um SAP HCM Payroll und Employee Central Payroll
• Mitarbeit in Implementierungs-, Migrations- und Transformationsprojekten im SAP-Payroll-Umfeld
• Konfiguration, Customizing und Anpassung von Payroll-Lösungen entlang individueller Kundenanforderungen
• Unterstützung im laufenden Kundenbetrieb, z. B. bei Supportanfragen, Incidents und Change Requests im Application Management
• Analyse, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Payroll-Prozessen über verschiedene Systeme und Organisationseinheiten hinweg
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Developern bei komplexeren technischen Anforderungen, Schnittstellen oder systemübergreifenden Fragestellungen
• Perspektivisch: Mitgestaltung von BPO-Services und Übernahme von Payroll-Prozessen für unsere Kunden

• Development of applications, workflows and user interfaces on the SAP BTP, e.g., using CAP, Fiori Elements, UI5 and SAP Build
• Technical consulting on an equal footing with customers, business units and project teams in complex environments
• Design and setup of SAP BTP structures, e.g., with subaccounts, directories, Cloud Foundry and appropriate BTP services
