About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development of applications, workflows and user interfaces on the SAP BTP, e.g., using CAP, Fiori Elements, UI5 and SAP Build
- Technical consulting on an equal footing with customers, business units and project teams in complex environments
- Design and setup of SAP BTP structures, e.g., with subaccounts, directories, Cloud Foundry and appropriate BTP services
- Integration of SAP and non‑SAP systems via Integration Suite, Advanced Event Mesh or OData/REST
- Designing secure DevOps operating processes, including authorization and identity management
- You proactively address technical questions, communicate clearly and find pragmatic solutions even with incomplete information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of project experience on SAP BTP and solid knowledge of CAP
- Experience in different BTP areas, e.g., Integration Suite, Event Mesh or Build Process Automation
- Experience with SAP landscapes such as S/4HANA, on‑premise and cloud
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript and experience developing with Node.js, npm and modern toolchains
- Experience with security concepts, OAuth2 and identity management (SAP IAS, Azure AD)
- Willingness to also get involved with classic SAP ERP landscapes when needed and to integrate them sensibly into transformation projects
- German language skills at least at C1 level and confident English in a project context
