Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) computer science, natural sciences, training as an application developer, or equivalent professional experience
Professional experience in consulting or as an end user with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
Interest in diving deeper into the SAP environment and understanding code better (this helps in solving issues)
You enjoy solving puzzles and want to present the best solution to clients
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
Very good German and good English skills
Some willingness to travel — business trips are rare but do occur :)
