About the role
- Promote and sell Bancassurance products to existing and potential high net-worth clients
- Understand clients' financial goals through detailed assessments
- Provide customized financial solutions based on individual needs
- Achieve sales targets for Bancassurance and other financial products
- Offer excellent service to build strong, lasting client relationships
- Work from Negeri Sembilan bank branches (Bahau, Gemas, Kuala Pilah, Nilai, Rasah, Seremban, Tampin)
- Ability to choose preferred bank branch (Subject to availability)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in sales from any industry with a strong sales record
- Candidates with experience in insurance or finance sales are encouraged to apply
- Passionate about banking and insurance
- Good communication and ability to build strong relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Customer service focused
- Own transport and willing to travel
