About the role
- Responsible to meet designated sales target; generate qualified opportunities and able to win new opportunity in a target time frame.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive solution to customers.
- Manage time effectively and maintain discipline in updating sales activities, demand forecast, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical. Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years sales working experience in manufacturing and industrial environment with good network and contact.
- Self starter, high motivation level and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly independent, creative, and able to work under pressure.
- Good analytical and presentation Skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license.
- Candidate must be willing to travel outstation minimum twice in quarter within Malaysia.
