About the role
- Help walk-in customers by recommending suitable products.
- Promote and confidently sell store items.
- Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
- Meet assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on product info and highlight top sellers.
- Submit weekly reports to the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Open to working on weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and sales abilities
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Must be able to work 6-day work week (including weekends/Public Holidays). Rest day falls on Weekday.
