About the role
- Develop close working relationships with practice leaders as the ‘go to’ person for troubleshooting
- Maintain regular contact and build relationships with practices
- Support the integration of acquisitions into the area
- Identify better ways of working to improve team wellbeing
- Organise area meetings and ensure action points are followed through
- Support practices in utilizing dashboards and reporting suites
- Provide support to underperforming sites and initiate business plan changes
- Ensure practices follow leadership and performance frameworks
- General administration support for the area
Requirements
- At least 2 years coaching and mentoring experience
- Proven mentoring skills
- Ability to motivate, support and inspire leaders and senior colleagues
- Understanding of Key financial KPI’s and implementing tactical response
- Strong people skills across multiple sites
- Ability to collaborate while challenging the status quo
- A broad healthcare knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
- Must hold full and valid driving license
