About the role
- Report directly to the Chief Legal Officer
- Conduct legal research on different topics, with a focus on privacy
- Perform draft analysis
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
- Support other departments by providing legal advice and reports about specific requests
- Collaborate with a global team in a scaling SaaS legal‑tech company operating in Europe and the USA
Requirements
- Master’s degree in law
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Full professional English proficiency and experience working on a legal professional level with it
- Strong affinity with technology and its implications on law
- Being a team player and being willing to work in a team
- Previous experience with GDPR-related topics (added value)
- Curious mindset and meticulous working method (added value)
- Professional legal experience in more than one Country (added value)
- Excellent knowledge of one or more further languages, especially if European (added value)
- Pragmatic approach to solving legal problems (added value)
- Admission to the bar in one Country (added value)
