About the role
- Map, review and document end-to-end processes in the Dental segment (back office and claims);
- Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements and design optimized workflows to ensure operational efficiency;
- Develop support materials (reports, presentations, visual flowcharts) for internal communication and alignment across teams;
- Collaborate with different teams (operations, engineering, business, etc.) to ensure integration between processes and strategic objectives;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous tracking of process performance;
- Support the definition of targets and action plans for flow optimization, contributing to consistent and measurable deliveries.
Requirements
- Prior experience with processes in the Dental segment, including claims and back office;
- Experience in mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes;
- Knowledge of KPI analysis and monitoring;
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Miro;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise materials;
- Analytical, proactive and hands-on attitude, with the ability to set objectives and propose solutions independently.
