About the role
- Map, analyze, and model existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring standardization and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports, tracking the effectiveness of implemented actions and continuous improvement.
- Lead process improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and follow-up on results.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in process management.
- Interact with different areas of the company, seeking alignment and collaboration to achieve results.
- Use process modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect) and project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process analysis and optimization, preferably in technology companies.
- Knowledge of process management methodologies.
- Skill in process modeling and use of modeling tools.
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Conversational Spanish is a plus.
