About the role
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including oversight of AP and AR transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with relevant departments to support the vendor accreditation process
- Maintain and monitor financial records, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements
- Assist in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed
- Provide support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements to financial processes
- Coordinate approvals, escalations, and regular updates
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Finance supervisor
- Proven experience in AP/AR
- With vendor accreditation process and bookkeeping experience
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
