About the role
- Review insurance information and verify patient eligibility across various payers.
- Send and respond to occasional emails regarding order statuses or account-related inquiries; coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with other administrative or RCM-related tasks as needed.
- Leverage internal systems and RCM software for data verification and task execution.
Requirements
- 6 months - 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
- Good working knowledge with Eligibilities and Intake
- Good verbal & written English skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
