Solutions Engineer

• Assist in leading and mentoring the Solutions Engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Demonstrate mastery of all offerings and articulate iSpot’s value proposition and most impactful solutions to senior client and prospect teams
• Possess a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and iSpot's position to guide strategy and client roadmapping
• Solve complicated challenges and develop tailored solutions and deliverables for complex client needs autonomously

Senior Director, Solutions Engineering

• Collaborate with client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.) to articulate and layout a clear understanding of value proposition and most impactful solution
• Translate complex concepts, approaches and methodologies into simple and strategic terms for internal and external audiences
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities
• Utilize business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on the fly analysis (a plus)
• Facilitate and help to construct new client strategic road mapping, ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices and work through unique use cases

Director, Solutions Engineering

Data Scientist

• Design and develop custom reports tailored to iSpot clients
• Write and optimize R, Python, or SQL scripts for effective data processing
• Adapt existing tools and methods to meet evolving needs
• Balance workloads across various projects and apply machine learning and statistical skills to inform data-driven decisions
• Collect, aggregate, and manipulate data from multiple sources and create clear visualizations or reports
• Engage with internal and external teams to clarify requirements and develop tailored solutions
• Document project status and updates in tools like JIRA
• Communicate findings through written reports and presentations and participate in team discussions

Account Executive

• Sell iSpot Media Measurement and Attribution services in the Western territory of the U.S.
• Manage all aspects of client selling: prospecting, presenting, proposal generation, relationship management, closing and transition
• Develop and execute territory account plans to achieve and exceed individual quota responsibility
• Position new opportunities/products and run demos with customized positioning to meet prospective client pain points
• Build and consistently deliver an accurately forecasted pipeline
• Manage multiple customer sales cycles and close effectively, including navigation of negotiations and contract editing
• Develop strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners within identified territory
• Work with iSpot’s third party partners to win and maintain business
• Utilize customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems
• Deploy the iSpot Sales Process to effectively move opportunities through pipeline
• Leverage continued trainings offered at iSpot to improve sales results
