About the role
- Collaborate with client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.) to articulate and layout a clear understanding of value proposition and most impactful solution
- Translate complex concepts, approaches and methodologies into simple and strategic terms for internal and external audiences
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights
- Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities
- Utilize business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on the fly analysis (a plus)
- Facilitate and help to construct new client strategic road mapping, ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices and work through unique use cases
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create & enhance new product offerings and methodology
Requirements
- 8+ years of media (live linear, CTV or digital) planning experience (Brand or Agency, both a plus)
- Must have in-depth marketing, brand management experience (Brand, Agency, or Consulting Firm)
- Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue
- Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners)
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment
- With Sales Account Executives, comfort managing contracts and negotiations process within various stakeholders (e.g. customer, procurement, and finance)
- Bachelor’s Degree (and Master’s degree preferred) in business, statistics, or engineering with a penchant for data
- Preferred: deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media
- Preferred: self-motivated problem solver
- Preferred: comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers, partners, and internal teams), assessing outcomes, and making recommendations
- Preferred: ability to manage multiple work streams and tell a simple and strategic story from technical data sets
- Preferred: ability to understand how to build client roadmaps that enable year 1 and beyond growth
