About the role

  • Collaborate with client and prospect teams (Media, Research/Analytics, Digital, Data Science, etc.) to articulate and layout a clear understanding of value proposition and most impactful solution
  • Translate complex concepts, approaches and methodologies into simple and strategic terms for internal and external audiences
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Leverage analytical experience to develop data-driven solutions and insights
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all iSpot product capabilities
  • Utilize business intelligence and reporting development tools such as Tableau for on the fly analysis (a plus)
  • Facilitate and help to construct new client strategic road mapping, ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis that drives critical client KPIs
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to facilitate adoption of new product offerings, communicate best practices and work through unique use cases
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to create & enhance new product offerings and methodology

Requirements

  • 8+ years of media (live linear, CTV or digital) planning experience (Brand or Agency, both a plus)
  • Must have in-depth marketing, brand management experience (Brand, Agency, or Consulting Firm)
  • Experience managing and growing SaaS and/or subscription revenue
  • Willingness and comfort with travel to customer sites, as required
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to examine, synthesize, and present data to various stakeholders (customers and partners)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize, and operate in a fast moving, entrepreneurial start-up environment
  • With Sales Account Executives, comfort managing contracts and negotiations process within various stakeholders (e.g. customer, procurement, and finance)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (and Master’s degree preferred) in business, statistics, or engineering with a penchant for data
  • Preferred: deep understanding and experience in TV & digital media including the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media
  • Preferred: self-motivated problem solver
  • Preferred: comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders (customers, partners, and internal teams), assessing outcomes, and making recommendations
  • Preferred: ability to manage multiple work streams and tell a simple and strategic story from technical data sets
  • Preferred: ability to understand how to build client roadmaps that enable year 1 and beyond growth
