Supports all aspects of the examination development process.
Facilitates the creation of examinations of the highest quality through Subject Matter Expert preparation and workshop participation.
Provides quality control for all exam items and forms.
Manages staff workshop assignment and oversees Content Developer productivity targets.
Serves as a liaison between Exam Content Developers and senior management.
Trains, coaches, and works closely with Exam Content Developers on project management and quality control.
Drives process improvement by implementing new technologies, including workflow automation and AI applications.
Develops and maintains ISC2’s credentialing examination content.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field is required.
A CISSP is required for this position.
A minimum of 6 years of professional information security experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading team operations is required.
Demonstrated experience in process management and improvement, including the use of workflow automation tools (Jira preferred) to track projects and enhance team productivity.
Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) or Agile (e.g., CSM) certifications are highly desirable.
Experience in a previous role that involved evaluating or applying modern technologies, such as data analytics, AI, or machine learning, to improve quality assurance or operational efficiency is highly desirable.
