About the role
- Supports all aspects of the examination development process.
- Facilitates the creation of examinations of the highest quality through Subject Matter Expert preparation and workshop participation.
- Provides quality control for all exam items and forms.
- Manages staff workshop assignment and oversees Content Developer productivity targets.
- Serves as a liaison between Exam Content Developers and senior management.
- Trains, coaches, and works closely with Exam Content Developers on project management and quality control.
- Drives process improvement by implementing new technologies, including workflow automation and AI applications.
- Develops and maintains ISC2’s credentialing examination content.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field is required.
- A CISSP is required for this position.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional information security experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading team operations is required.
- Demonstrated experience in process management and improvement, including the use of workflow automation tools (Jira preferred) to track projects and enhance team productivity.
- Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) or Agile (e.g., CSM) certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience in a previous role that involved evaluating or applying modern technologies, such as data analytics, AI, or machine learning, to improve quality assurance or operational efficiency is highly desirable.
