About the role
- Work with your team on impactful solutions, project execution, and deliverables to meet and exceed client objectives related to advertising research
- Collaborate with team to design strategic questionnaires, analyze data, and interpret results providing clear actionable insights and recommendations
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are managed successfully from pricing to data collection to quality assurance to timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to queries, providing expert advisory, and thought leadership
- Participate in service line initiatives including growth, new product development, employee training, and engagement
- Manage and execute advertising research projects across the creative development, assessment, and in-market tracking lifecycle
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in market research, advertising, marketing, or consumer insights
- Advertising experience is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- A curious mindset and genuine fascination for advertising
- Experience working with data and extracting meaningful insights
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in an everchanging environment
- Storytelling skills with capacity to express narratives visually and verbally
- Some experience with survey design, sampling plans, analysis, and delivery
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ease and confidence with thinking on your feet
- Business acumen and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience thriving within a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office & Google Workplace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, and Slides)
