About the role
- Build talent pipelines for high-skill and high-demand Software Engineering roles in the US region
- Partner with an in-house Product Recruiter to build the top of the funnel with passive tech talent
- Prospect passive software engineers, identify candidates, and create excitement for open roles
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to find candidates and hand them off to full-cycle recruiters
- Emphasis on building diversity across US roles
- 3-month contract role requiring proven proactive engineering recruiting experience
Requirements
- Trained in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools)
- Proven experience working as a recruiter or sourcer in an agency or internal talent acquisition role
- Deep expertise in technical recruiting and/or sourcing
- Proven experience proactively recruiting engineering talent
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates to sell Life@hudl
- Agencies and C2C are not considered
