About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product features, order issues, and technical troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates are welcome
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
