About the role
- Integrate at multiple points with the service that supports program leadership of Microsoft's Americas SMB Vendor Telesales group
- Take ownership of a variety of operational and program coordination functions
- Help build the most efficient and scalable operation aligned with Microsoft's growth strategy
- Use data to derive insight and drive process enhancement and change
- Apply keen attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills
- Work within a fast-growing team of Inviso veterans and new team members
- Support program leadership and coordinate across stakeholders to meet program objectives
Requirements
- Must have a C2 level of English Fluency
- Native English language or C2 level with strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4+ years experience in Program Management/Operations
- Data analysis skills, particularly via Excel
- Basic Power BI capabilities are nice to have but not required
- Self-direction and a focus on quality
- Sense of urgency & ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact
- Proactiveness and commitment to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and strong attention to detail
- Candidates must be eligible to onboard as a Microsoft vendor (v-dash) in a Managed Service
- (Desirable) Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner)
- (Desirable) Experience in communications and/or marketing
- (Desirable) Experience with SMB Telesales programs and the surrounding ecosystem
- (Desirable) Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and/or Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security offerings
