About the role
- Build profitable and lasting servicing relationships with potential partners and current clients.
- Identify and research opportunities in emerging and existing markets.
- Promote, expand, and increase client base and overall loan volume.
- Grow market share by being proactive in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Develop and present solutions customized for each client’s specific needs.
- Own sales lifecycle from prospect to implementation.
- Provide exceptional client experience before and after the sales cycle.
- Lead negotiation and contract discussions with potential clients.
- Work collaboratively with President, to develop and implement business strategies and enhancements to our value proposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Mortgage Servicing.
- 10+ years of experience in Business-to-Business sales in Mortgage Servicing and Business Development required.
- Financial Services experience required; Credit Union sales, Mortgage lending and servicing preferred.
- Experience with Black Knight and/or other Servicing Platforms preferred.
- Experience with MSR and Securitization transactions preferred.
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders (management, clients, and vendors).
- Extensive knowledge of servicing products and supporting third parties.
- Organized with good problem-solving, analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication.
- Ability to creatively and professionally resolve problems.
- Ability to proactively identify obstacles and solutions that ensure deal progression.
- Attention to detail.
