About the role

  • Build profitable and lasting servicing relationships with potential partners and current clients.
  • Identify and research opportunities in emerging and existing markets.
  • Promote, expand, and increase client base and overall loan volume.
  • Grow market share by being proactive in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Develop and present solutions customized for each client’s specific needs.
  • Own sales lifecycle from prospect to implementation.
  • Provide exceptional client experience before and after the sales cycle.
  • Lead negotiation and contract discussions with potential clients.
  • Work collaboratively with President, to develop and implement business strategies and enhancements to our value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Mortgage Servicing.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business-to-Business sales in Mortgage Servicing and Business Development required.
  • Financial Services experience required; Credit Union sales, Mortgage lending and servicing preferred.
  • Experience with Black Knight and/or other Servicing Platforms preferred.
  • Experience with MSR and Securitization transactions preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders (management, clients, and vendors).
  • Extensive knowledge of servicing products and supporting third parties.
  • Organized with good problem-solving, analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication.
  • Ability to creatively and professionally resolve problems.
  • Ability to proactively identify obstacles and solutions that ensure deal progression.
  • Attention to detail.
