Make changes to customer accounts within carrier guidelines
Remarket current personal lines business when necessary
Round current accounts with additional products to help retain book of business
Solicit, refer, and evaluate new insurance clients
Obtain and process information/documentation from carriers
Service existing accounts including payments, changes, claims, and requotes
Renewal reviews of all personal lines accounts based on agency procedures and follow up with underwriter and customer
Log all activities in agency management system and maintain records, reports, and files
Handle overflow of new business and assist Producer(s) when needed
Attend required meetings/trainings and answer telephones as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 years of previous personal lines insurance servicing & quoting experience highly preferred
Current Property & Casualty Insurance License in required lines (or ability to obtain license within 90 days of obtaining role)
Strong computer skills required such as Excel and Word
Excellent organizational, time management & analytical skills
Ability to handle highly sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality of customers personal information
Able to effectively problem solve
Able to work with minimal supervision
Provide professional communication in both oral & written expression
