About the role

  • Assist in daily campaign setup and commission updates
  • Support Affiliate Executives in checking activities, preparing and updating campaign calendars, data collection, and reporting
  • Manage and follow up on operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness under supervision
  • Research and collect competitor brands and platforms’ activities for the Affiliate program
  • Support in researching and recruiting potential creators and MCNs
  • Help maintain and update the creator/MCN database
  • Communicate with creators/MCNs to share campaign information details
  • Follow up with creators and MCNs to ensure videos and livestreams go live on schedule

Requirements

  • Final-year student majoring in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or related fields able to provide internship endorsement letter
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship period
  • Detail-oriented with good organization and task management
  • Eager to learn new knowledge, tools, systems, and workflows quickly
  • Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Personal Attributes: Hands-on and responsible, eager to learn and open to feedback, collaborative and adaptable, positive attitude and energy.
