About the role

- Leverage Interplay’s ecosystem, including capital, services, and resources, to accelerate company growth.

- Drive the creation of scalable, venture-backable companies with the potential to become industry leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a founder, with a successful company exit.
- Deep passion for the 0-1 startup phase and company-building.
- Strong ability to identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Track record of hiring and mentoring executive leadership.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong network within the startup and investment ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A self starter and motivated to learn.
- A problem solver and someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty.
- A swiss army knife who can handle a multitude of different responsibilities.
