The Email Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Andrew Harper’s robust email program.
This role oversees more than 300 annual campaigns, including remarketing flows and partner marketing campaigns generating over $200k in annual revenue.
The Manager will serve as the subject-matter expert for email marketing across the organization.
This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Develop and own the email marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with Andrew Harper’s key business objectives and KPIs.
Plan, build, and optimize end-to-end email campaigns including concepting, scheduling, testing, delivery, and performance analysis.
Write and edit high-quality copy that reflects Andrew Harper’s brand voice and editorial standards.
Apply best practices in email design and layout, leveraging typography and imagery to create elegant and engaging communications.
Manage a high-volume program, including 300+ annual campaigns, automated remarketing flows, and revenue-generating partner campaigns.
Segment audiences based on engagement and behaviors to deliver personalized, targeted messaging.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across subject lines and content to maximize conversions.
Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance, identify insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
Partner with design, editorial, membership, and partnerships teams to ensure integrated campaigns and cohesive member experiences.
Stay current with industry trends, compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and emerging email technologies to keep Andrew Harper’s program best-in-class.
Requirements
5-7 years of progressive experience in email marketing, including ownership of strategy and execution.
Demonstrated success managing high-volume programs with measurable business impact.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and CRM systems.
Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for promotional, editorial, and partner-driven communications.
Working knowledge of HTML and understanding of responsive design principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strategic thinker with a creative eye for layout and design.
Passion for luxury travel and familiarity with the preferences and behaviors of affluent, well-traveled audiences.
