About the role
- Lead, develop and execute high-converting email marketing strategies
- Set up, optimize, and manage automated email flows and campaigns (with the help of an email marketing VA for the repetitive stuff)
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine email strategies to maximize engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling email content and visuals
- Stay ahead of email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and industry updates
- Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey through personalized and targeted email communication
- Collaborate with marketing team members and contribute to a growth-driven environment
Requirements
- Proven track record in email marketing for D2C e-commerce brands
- Expertise in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing, etc.)
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills
- Other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting email marketing metrics
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results
- Expertise in the latest AI tools
